Prepare the lessons before conducting the classes

Join training sessions and extracurricular activities organized by the center.

Support students in reviewing and practicing English lessons.

Manage the classroom and coordinate with Teaching Assistants.

Note about Salary payment (if any)

: During the first month of employment, the Teacher will receive 90% of the monthly salary as the probationary salary. If the Teacher demonstrates good performance, adapts well to the working environment, and completes the initial training satisfactorily within the first 1–2 weeks, the School may consider paying 100% of the monthly salary for the remainder of the probationary month.

Apart from the salary payment, the school also supports 50% of the Work Permit, Visa, and Temporary Residence Card fees. 

In addition, the school provides accommodation (including rental deposit and rental cost) and insurance for the Teacher.

The School will reimburse the Teacher for the cost of the flight ticket to Vietnam upon the successful completion of one (1) year of employment with the School.

Note about work hour: 

- The employees will work a maximum of 100 hours with one flexible day off per week. 

- Teachers are required to arrive 30 minutes before each class for classroom preparation. 

- Working hours may be flexible depending on the assigned teaching schedule. 

- If the School cannot arrange the full required teaching hours, the Teacher will receive 90% of the agreed monthly salary.
