Demisaş supplies advanced cast and machined components, primarily for the automotive industry, serving leading OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers across Europe. To support the professional development of its engineers, managers, and employees, Demisaş is looking for an English teacher to deliver workplace English training.

Role

Responsibilities

Assess employees' English proficiency and place them into appropriate learning groups.
Design customized lesson plans, training materials, and learning pathways based on employees' needs and proficiency levels.
Monitor learner progress and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
Deliver group and one-to-one English training sessions to support continuous language development.
Create interactive speaking opportunities to improve employees' confidence, fluency, and workplace communication skills.
Develop employees' English skills in specific professional areas, including business communication, presentations, meetings, and customer interactions.

Monday to Friday

8:00 am - 5:00 pm
