Deliver English lessons in line with our teaching principles, focusing on communication and fluency. Lead interactive sessions using activities, discussions, and real-life scenarios. Conduct training sessions online, offline, and live with adult learners. Work with small groups and individual learners at the center and occasionally off-site. Integrate learning technology into teaching programs when required. Keep student records and progress reports updated. Provide feedback, counseling, and motivation to learners. Recommend improvements to students learning programs in consultation with the local team. Actively participate in professional development activities (workshops, peer observations, etc.). Promote cultural exchange and help create a positive, supportive learning environment. Participate in promotional activities, including filming advertisements and marketing content.
