About Overseas Education Programs
Overseas Education Programs (OEP) is a company located in Cúcuta, Norte de Santander (Colombia) that is in charge of conducting conversational classes 100% in English, they have teachers with international experience and English speaker, they focus on phonetics and pronunciation
Role
Responsibilities
- Speaking and Listening Workshops: Interactive and dynamic spaces to practice English through games, debates, and experiential activities.
- Support in regular English classes: Teaching children, teenagers, and adults both at the academy and at the school entirely in English, incorporating educational games, conversation activities, and cultural immersion elements that complement the lead teachers lessons. In addition, there will be rotation among different student groups and educational levels.
- Design of teaching materials: Creation of visual resources, guides, and materials adapted to students proficiency levels.
- Monitoring individual progress: Providing formative support to students through observation and constructive feedback that reinforces English practice.
- Preparing students for international exams: Guiding and preparing students for international examinations.
- Organization of intercultural fairs and activities: Designing and facilitating events that promote English learning and cultural exchange within the institution.

- Schedule changes according to need within the 42 working hours per week
