About NEW WORLD EDUCATION CO.,LTD

New World Education is an English language and academic training center providing high-quality education programs for children and students in Vietnam. The center offers English, Mathematics, and Science courses designed to develop students’ knowledge, critical thinking, and communication skills through modern, interactive teaching methods. In addition to classes at the center, New World Education also collaborates with schools within the Vietnamese national education system to implement English enhancement programs and international academic subjects, contributing to improving the quality of education for students.

Role

Responsibilities

1. Main Activities & Responsibilities

Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and learning activities for English, Mathematics, or Science classes.
Deliver lessons effectively and manage classroom activities to maintain a positive learning environment.
Assess students learning progress and be responsible for the quality of teaching and students learning outcomes.
Substitute for other teachers when required and participate in meetings, training sessions, and company events.
Working hours and teaching schedules (~100 hours/month) will be arranged by the company depending on class timetables and operational needs.

2. Notes about Benefits

31.800.000VND - 37.100.000VND (expect around 1200$ - 1400$ with exchange rate is 1$=26000VND)
Salary is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.
Candidates willing to sign a 12-month labour contract are compulsory.
Timeline can be flexible.
Time for Salary Payment: 10th Monthly
Method for Salary Payment: Bank Transfer
Legality paper (VISA, Work Permit and Temporary Residence Card) will be processed by partner.
Salary and benefits will be discussed and agreed upon during the interview process and clearly stated in the employment contract.

3. Additional Requirements

Candidates must meet the legal requirements to obtain a Vietnam Work Permit for Foreign Teachers including:

A Bachelors degree or higher related to the teaching subject.
A teaching certificate such as TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, PGCE or equivalent (if the degree is not in education).
Valid legal documents required by Vietnamese labor regulations.
