About ITM Global School

ITM Global School was founded in the year 2014 in the midst of a picturesque and beautiful lush green stretch beside the NH 44 in Turari, Gwalior. It has the pristine backdrop of the verdant green hillocks of the Vindhyachal Range. Role

Responsibilities

1. Curriculum Implementation

Deliver French lessons aligned with curriculum standards and learning outcomes.

Develop listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills using experiential and interactive methodologies.

Use differentiated instruction to cater to varied language proficiency levels.

Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, projects, and assessments.

Integrate French culture, traditions, and global perspectives into lessons.

2. Student Assessment and Feedback

Conduct formative and summative assessments (oral tests, written exams, projects).

Provide constructive feedback using the Feed Up, Feed Back, Feed Forward approach.

Maintain evidence of student progress and address learning gaps.

3. Classroom Management

Create an immersive and encouraging language-learning environment.

Encourage active participation through role-plays, conversations, and activities.

Maintain discipline and positive behaviour standards.

4. Collaboration and Professional Development

Collaborate with subject teachers for interdisciplinary projects.

Participate in professional development sessions.

Share best practices in language teaching strategies.

5. Parent and Community Engagement

Communicate student progress with parents via proper channels.

Support language-related school events or cultural days.

6. Record Keeping and Reporting

Maintain attendance and performance records.

Submit daily, monthly, and annual reports as per school guidelines.
