Role

Responsibilities

Rotate across multiple grades, spending about two weeks with each class.
Conduct a few interactive English lessons per grade, aligned with ongoing Cambridge curriculum topics.
Encourage student participation through peer learning, group discussions, and collaborative activities.
Build rapport by engaging with students during school entry and exit routines.
Participate in sports and performing arts activitiessupporting teamwork, cultural exchange, and student involvement.
Join Saturday clubs, enrichment activities, guest lectures, and other weekend academic events.
Lead cross-cultural sessions, assemblies, and presentations that promote diversity and global perspectives.
Model strong communication, collaboration, and curiosity in all classroom interactions.
Work closely with teachers to exchange ideas and improve student engagement.
Provide informal mentoring, guidance, and encouragement during school events to boost student confidence and enthusiasm for learning.
