About Icha foundation
The Icha Foundation is a non-profit in Visakhapatnam that provides a safe, caring home for abandoned children with physical and mental disabilities. Founded in 2010 with three children, it now supports 15, offering food, clothing, medical care, and rehabilitation. The Foundation aims to create a compassionate environment and work toward establishing a permanent home for disabled and orphaned children.
Role
Responsibilities
- Deliver lessons on reading, writing, grammar, and spoken English
- Provide one-on-one mentoring to understand student needs and challenges
- Monitor student progress and offer regular, constructive feedback
- Prepare simple and engaging learning materials and activities
- Encourage active participation to build confidence and communication skills
- Support students in setting and achieving personal learning goals
Working hours
Monday to Friday
8:00 am - 4:00 pm
