Main activities:

1. Daily planning, implementing lesson plans, and classroom management.

2. Assisting students in small classes, occasionally leading lessons, preparing

materials, and other teaching-related duties.

3. Developing an initiative to create an English speaking environment.

4. Organizing events to connect learners community with the expatriate community.

5. Working in a team to create a positive environment for sharing issues during the period.

Department:

- Main campus: English Center (Halmet 2, Nhan Co commune, Lam Dong province)

- Secondary campus: a kindergarten located 300 meters from the main campus.

- Third campus: Dak Song district, Dak Nong

Note about salary:

- During the first three months, the minimum salary will be $1000. After 3 months, the minimum salary will increase to $1100.

- If the teacher works more than 100 hours, it will be considered overtime, and the hourly rate for overtime is $11.

- If the actual working time is less than 100 hours, the teacher will receive a fixed salary for 100 working hours, which is $1100.

- During Tet Holiday, the teacher will have two (02) weeks off, the salary will be based on actual teaching hours in that month.

Conditions:

- Transportation:

+ The Center provides shuttle service for teachers residing in accommodation arranged by the center.

+ Transportation fees will not be covered if the teacher lives in accommodation located too far from the center.

- Accommodation:

+ The center provides fully furnished accommodation

+ The center supports 100% housing fee/month.

- If the teacher wants to live in another accommodation, the school will support the same fee [3,500,000 VND] according to the accommodation that the school provided. The extra fee will be paid by the teacher.

Note about work hour: 

Maximum: 100 hours/month (not including lesson preparation time). The teacher is required to join a one-hour weekly meeting with the center, this activity will not be counted as working hours. The teacher is required to join the extracurricular activities with the center such as promotional events, Christmas, Halloween, etc, these activities will be counted as working hours. During their first 3 months, teachers are required to participate in training, and this activity will be counted as working hours.
