Main Activities:

The opportunity should be clear in terms of what activities the intern will be required to do.

Daily planning, implementing lesson plans, and classroom management.

Assisting students in small classes, occasionally leading lessons, preparing materials, and other teaching-related duties.

Developing an initiative to create an English speaking environment.

Organizing events to connect learners community with the expatriate community.

Working in a team to create a positive environment for sharing issues during the period.

Net Salary (in VND) per month

: - $600 (15,600,000 VND)/month (for the first 3 months, maximum 30 teaching hours);

• $800 (20,800,000 VND)/month (for the next 3 months, maximum 50 teaching hours);
• $1000 (26,000,000 VND)/month (for the following 6 months, with 80100 teaching hours)

(net salary - $1 = 26,000 VND)

Note about Salary payment (if any)

: - If the teacher works more than 100

working hours, she/he will be paid

500,000 VND ($19,23) for each extra

hour.

• If the teacher does not teach enough hours in that month (because the center does not arrange enough classes), the teacher will still receive the fixed salary as agreed at the beginning.
• During the Tet holiday, the teacher will have 2 weeks off. They still receive their full salary as in regular teaching months, or they can choose another option - receiving 50% of their salary along with a complimentary trip.
• Besides, the center will cover 50% of the legal document costs for teacher (Visa, Work Permit, TRC)

BENEFITS:

- In the first 2 months, the center will support the teacher in finding accomodation near the center and will cover 100% of the housing fee

- After 2 months of living independently, the center will consider teacher cooking and having meals together with the host family of the center *

- After 2 months of living independently, the center will consider providing a motorbike for the teacher *

- After 2 months of living independently, the center will provide accommodation with the host family, located near the center *

* Food, transportation, and accommodation (including electricity and water) are provided, with a total value of 5,000,000 VND per month, which will be deducted from the teachers monthly salary.
