Responsibilities
- Provide strong instructional leadership to improve teaching and learning outcomes.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate the schools academic programs, curriculum, and assessment practices.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate teachers and staff.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment.
- Manage school budgets, resources, and facilities effectively.
- Build positive relationships with students, parents, staff, and the community.
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations, policies, and accreditation standards.
- Lead initiatives to improve student performance and overall school achievement.
- Promote professional development and growth for teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Represent the school in external meetings, events, and collaborations.
