1. Teaching & Education

- Building a connection with children and being accepted as a friend in the

classroom.

- Design and deliver English learning activities following Montessori principles and

the schools curriculum.

- Use English in daily routines (meals, naps, play, hygiene, etc.) to create a natural

language environment.

- Ensure teaching methods are rooted in respect, understanding, and personalized

learning experiences.

2. Childcare & Companionship

- Participate in welcoming children in the morning and dismissing them in the

afternoon, engaging with parents in a friendly and professional manner.

- Support in supervising children during meals, naps, outdoor play, and group

activities.

- Build close, safe, and trustworthy relationships with children.

3. Culture & Events

- Be an active member of the school community and event organization team:

planning, preparing, and implementing festivals (Mid-Autumn Festival, Vietnamese

Teachers Day, Christmas, New Year...).

- Actively participate in performances as assigned or on a volunteer basis (singing,

dancing, storytelling, dressing up as Santa Claus, event MC).

- Contribute to spreading joy and creating memorable experiences for parents and

children.

4. Collaboration & Professional Development

- Collaborate with Vietnamese teachers to design bilingual activities and align

teaching approaches.

- Attend internal training, professional workshops, and share language skills with

colleagues.

- Contribute ideas to improve the curriculum and experiential activities.

5. $1,154 - $1,230 for 100 Working hours (This salary will be adjusted based on the employees capacity and negotiations)

6. The company will support 50% of the Work Permit and Visa fees. During the probationary period, the teachers salary will be set at 90% of the official rate. Moreover, Salary may be periodically adjusted based on performance evaluation and schools HR policy. Official employment depends on probation results, including professional skills, collaboration, responsiveness, and proactiveness.

7. The exact working hours of each day is from 7:30 am - 10:30 am and 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm

8. Teachers are required to work from Monday to Saturday. One Saturday each month is reserved for internal training, which is not compulsory for foreign teachers. Due to the nature of early childhood education, the school may organize events or festivals on Sundays, in which all staff members are required to participate. Staff are entitled to a seven-day summer holiday, running from Sunday to Saturday. However, on the Sunday before children return, all staff must be present at school to prepare the learning environment. The same policy applies before the children return from the Tet holiday.
