1. Plan communicative, student-centered, and participative lessons while following a designated syllabus.
2. Participate in professional development activities. These include training sessions, peer observations, and developmental observations led by senior academic team members.
3. Teach across our range of levels, ages, and courses in the Centre and Public schools
4. To ensure students receive constructive and positive feedback on any completed work.
5. To assist in the placement testing and classroom allocations of all students. Assign homework and exams and grade students assessments.
6. Undertake essential administrative tasks, such as keeping up-to-date records of work, classroom registers, lesson plans, assessments, etc. as directed by the Centre Manager, Teaching and Learning Manager, or Senior Teacher in accordance with the requirements.
7. Share academic materials and resources as needed.
8. Carry out any duties as may be reasonably assigned by the Centre Manager, Academic Manager, or Senior Teacher.
9. The center will support a 2 million VND for the VISA fees.
10. The company will help the teacher to find places to rent the motorbike
11. Net Salary (in VND) per month: $1,154 - $1,270 at an exchange rate of 1 USD = 26,000 VND for 80-100 Working hours (This salary will be adjusted based on the employees capacity)
12. The exact working hours for each day are:

- Monday: from 2:00 pm to 4:25 pm

- Tuesday: from 7:30 am to 9:45 am or from 2:00 pm to 4:25 pm

- Wednesday: from 7:30 am to 10:30 am or from 2:00 pm to 4:25 pm

- Thursday: from 7:30 am to 9:45 am or from 2:00 pm to 4:25 pm

- Friday: from 7:30 am to 10:30 am or from 2:00 pm to 3:15 pm

- Saturday & Sunday: Off (could be flexible)

The above working hour is only for illustration and is flexible and will be announced to the employee beforehand, however the employee total workload will account to at least 80 working hours per month.
