1. Daily planning, implementing lesson plans, and classroom management.

2. Assisting students in small classes, occasionally leading lessons, preparing materials, and other teaching-related duties.

3. Developing an initiative to create an English speaking environment.

4. Organizing events to connect learners community with the expatriate community.

5. Working in a team to create a positive environment for sharing issues during the period.

Note about Salary payment (if any): The minimum salary is $923 for 100 hours working.If theteacher works more than 100 working hours, he will be paid $9,23 for each extra hour. In addition, if he works less than 100 hours, $9,23 will be deducted for each missing hour (except in cases of illness with a hospital certificate, in which case no salary deduction will be applied). During Tet and Summer, the teacher will have two weeks off. The center ensures at least 40 teaching hours in this month. For that month, housing will be fully covered, and salary will be based on actual teaching hours.

Note about work hour:

• Working hours are set at 100 hours/month (not including lesson preparation time)
• The time teacher spends on extracurricular activities and meetings will be counted as working hours.
• The teacher will have one day off per week, and this day off will be flexible (it can be on Friday or other days depending on the centers schedule)

- The center will cover 50% of the housing rental fee
