About Manglares Discovery School

Manglares Discovery School is a small, community-rooted educational center located in Playa Venao, Panama. Founded in 2018, the school serves children from preschool through Grade 6 using a holistic, inquiry-driven approach. Role

Responsibilities

Observe and document childrens learning, development, and engagement in daily activities.
Collaborate with the lead teacher to plan and implement age-appropriate activities in inquiry, literacy, and numeracy.
Provide guidance and ensure the safeguarding of early years children at all times.
Support conflict resolution using gentle, positive discipline approaches.
Facilitate a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that promotes curiosity, creativity, and social-emotional growth.

Working hours

Monday to Friday

8:00 am - 2:30 pm
