Role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans as per the school curriculum.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, and spoken English.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment for all students.
- Use innovative teaching methods and audio-visual aids to enhance learning.
- Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and tests to measure progress.
- Support struggling students through extra attention or remedial classes.
- Prepare engaging assignments and learning activities.
- Promote correct pronunciation and fluency in spoken English.
- Encourage class participation and student interaction in English.
- Maintain accurate student performance records and academic reports.
- Provide feedback to students for improvement and motivation.
- Organize classroom discussions, debates, and presentations.
- Communicate regularly with parents about student development.
- Attend and contribute to parent-teacher meetings and staff briefings.
- Stay updated with current teaching trends and methodologies.
- Participate in school events, workshops, and training sessions.
- Ensure discipline and proper classroom management.
- Incorporate digital tools and e-learning platforms into teaching.
