Organizational & Classroom Management   Implement the daily class schedule and curriculum according to Bienenstock guidelines.   Ensure that the classroom and garden areas are clean, orderly, and safe at all times.   Handle the inventory of class materials and equipment, report missing or damaged items to  management, and ensure all materials are properly cleaned and returned to their place.   Supervise children during indoor and outdoor (garden) activities, ensuring safety and  appropriate behavior.   Plan, execute, and participate in academic events and activities inside and outside Bienenstock  Kindergarten.  ________________________________________  Educational Program   Deliver lessons based on Bienenstocks curriculum, focusing on German language development  (especially for Deutsch als Muttersprache and Deutsch als Fremdsprache learners).   Support age-appropriate vocabulary acquisition through structured activities.   Organize and lead creative activities: arts, crafts, storytelling, music, educational games, and  interactive theme-based activities.   Conduct daily routines including:  o Morning circle: greetings, weather discussion, date and calendar review.  o Singing songs (e.g. Guten Morgen, Alle Leut) including theme-related songs.  o Repetition of numbers (counting up to 20, recognizing and simple math up to 10), colors,  geometric shapes.  o Introduction of new vocabulary and discussion of weekly theme.  o Theme-related worksheets and activities.  o Storytelling sessions.   Ensure garden time includes supervised free play and at least 50% structured interaction  connected to the weekly theme.
