Role

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver authentic lesson plans that allign with the curriculum and educational standards.
  • Create and utilize authentic teaching material to enhance the learning experience.
  • Integrate technology into lessons by using TV screens in the classroom for both visual and auditory materials.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classromm environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
  • Organize and supervise garden games and outdoor activities.
  • Incorporate educational games that reinforce calssroom learning in an outdoor setting.
  • Work as the reception area to mark student attendance accurately.
  • Welcome students with a smile at the counter, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Develop and implement marketing stratergies to promote the English and Japanese Language classes.
  • Create advertising materials to attract and inform prospective students and parents.
  • Assess and monitor student progress through regular evaluations and feedback.
  • Implementing different teaching techniques to meet students' needs.
  • Provide additional support and resources to students who may require extra assistance.
