About Little Dino kindergarten
Little Dino kindergarten offers childhood development programs such as painting, music, and dance that are tailored to each child's unique characteristics, along with various play-based educational methods. It is located in a safe and comfortable environment in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. The kindergarten is staffed by professional teachers with many years of experience.
Role
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that foster cognitive, social, and physical development
- Follow and implement the national curriculum, teaching plans, and legal guidelines for early childhood education
- Help shape the kindergartens programs, curriculum
- Create a fun, nurturing environment filled with songs, stories, games, and hands-on activities to develop early vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills
- Ensure classroom safety, hygiene, and well-being standards are met by preventing illnesses, accidents, and natural disasters; working as a team with other teachers, staff, medical, and kitchen teams to enforce safety practices
- Observe children both formally and informally, keep individual portfolios, and communicate their development to parents
- Share insights on behavior, milestones, and any concerns; support parents in nurturing their childs development
- Join teaching teams, share best practices, and stay updated through training and peer learning collaborating with colleagues, sharing their experiences
- Adapt activities to support children with mild developmental delays, track their progress, and provide care
- Organize engaging, quality activities that support children's physical fitness and overall well-being
- Adhere to the teachers code of conduct and institutional policies, cultivating a professional and respectful culture
