Role
Responsibilities
Apart from the Net Salary, the company will provide 50% support for the teacher's visa, work permit, and temporary residence card costs at the end of the working duration with the teacher.
- Prepare engaging teaching materials and lesson plans (some resources like flashcards may be provided).
- Use songs, rhythm, and body language to communicate effectively with children.
- Lead classroom games and activities to support learning through play.
- Incorporate storytelling, poems, and songs into lessons to enhance language acquisition.
- Design simple and creative stories to support themed lessons.
- Manage classroom behavior positively and effectively, without the use of physical discipline.
- Apply basic computer skills and be comfortable using a personal laptop for lesson preparation.
- Utilize AI tools to support lesson planning, such as creating songs, visual aids, and storytelling content.
- Receive and apply feedback from supervisors for professional growth.
10. Maintain a cheerful, patient, and humorous attitude when working with children.
