1. Plan communicative, student-centered, and participative lessons while

following a designated syllabus

2. To ensure students receive constructive and positive feedback on any

completed work.

3 Deliver exceptional lessons

4 Collaborate with Leaders and colleagues.

5. Evaluating performance and attitude of students via benchmark in the

register notebook.

6 .Giving feedback of the class to the centers

7. Mainly teach at the company's 2 English centers, in addition, will teach at

some other kindergartens according to the agreement between the

partner and the teacher.

8. Possesses the ability to teach all of the Center's curricula to students aged

3 and above, and can teach Cambridge International Certification and

IELTS classes.

9 . Participate in all activities and meetings as required by the Company.

10. Provide complete documentation of degrees, certifications, and person legal records for work permit and visa processing, or other related

documents.

The base salary is $1100 for 100 hours of work per month. Overtime is compensated at a rate of 10$ per hour, depending on the agreement with the partner. The total working hours will not exceed 130 hours per month. (During holidays, the teacher will not receive a salary but may receive an allowance depending on the financial condition of the English center)

Apart from the Net Salary, Top Edu English Center will provide 50% support for the teacher's visa, work permit, and temporary residence card costs. To ensure the performance of this contract and compliance with its terms, the

Employee may choose one of the following security options:

1. Provision of original identification documents and visa to the Company for safekeeping during the contract's validity. These documents will be returned in full upon the contract'stermination, provided the Employee has not committed any violations.

2. Payment of a security deposit of 2,000,000 VND (Two Million Vietnamese Dong) per month. This deposit will be returned in full upon the contract's termination, provided the Employee has not committed any violations.
