Role

Responsibilities
  • Curriculum DevelopmentDesign and structure training programs for European cuisine and pastry. Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials.
  • Hands-on Cooking ClassesDemonstrate and teach practical cooking and pastry-making techniques. Guide students in preparing European dishes and desserts.
  • Theoretical LessonsExplain culinary concepts, ingredient selection, and cooking methods. Teach food safety, hygiene, and kitchen management.
  • Student Evaluation & FeedbackAssess student performance through practical tests and observations. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve.
  • Kitchen & Resource ManagementEnsure proper use of kitchen equipment and tools. Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the training kitchen.
  • Mentoring & Professional DevelopmentSupport students in developing their skills and career plans. Encourage creativity and innovation in culinary arts.
  • Collaboration with the Training CenterWork closely with other instructors and staff to improve training quality. Participate in workshops or special culinary events.
