As an English Teacher at Foster International through AIESECs exchange program in Pakistan the Exchange participant  will engage in various activities that ensure an enriching and impactful learning experience for students. Their daily   responsibilities will include conducting interactive English lessons, where they will design and deliver engaging classes tailored to different age   groups, using storytelling, role-plays, and group discussions to make   learning fun and effective. They will also be responsible for developing   structured lesson plans and preparing creative teaching materials such as worksheets   and presentations to reinforce learning. To ensure measurable progress, the   intern will assess and track student performance through quizzes, oral assessments, and written exercises while providing individual feedback to   help students improve their language skills.

Beyond   language instruction, the intern will also play a crucial role in fostering cross-cultural exchange by sharing insights about their native country, traditions, and customs, encouraging global awareness among students. They will organize cultural activities and discussions, helping students gain exposure to different perspectives. Additionally, collaboration with local   teachers and staff will be an essential part of their role, as they will work   closely with Foster Internationals educators to align teaching strategies   and participate in staff meetings and workshops to improve the overall   learning experience.
