ELAC Academy is seeking a passionate, patient, and experienced Kindergarten Teacher for our preschool in Denizli. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating educational environment that fosters children's cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development. The teacher will implement engaging lesson plans, encourage creativity, and ensure a safe and inclusive classroom setting.

✅ Curriculum Implementation & Lesson Planning:

• Develop and execute age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with our educational curriculum.
• Incorporate hands-on learning activities, storytelling, music, drama, and creative arts into daily teaching.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs of children.
• Foster curiosity and a love for learning through interactive and play-based education.

✅ Child Development & Progress Monitoring:

• Observe and assess each child's growth and development, maintaining detailed progress records.
• Identify and address any learning difficulties or behavioral concerns.
• Provide individualized attention to children based on their developmental needs.
• Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and social skills through structured and free play.

✅ Classroom Management & Discipline:

• Establish and maintain a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Implement behavior management strategies that promote positive interactions and respect.
• Teach and reinforce social values such as kindness, cooperation, and responsibility.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times.

✅ Parent Communication & Collaboration:

• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding their child's progress, achievements, and challenges.
• Conduct parent-teacher meetings and provide reports on student development.
• Organize parent-involvement activities and workshops to strengthen the home-school connection.

✅ Health, Safety & Hygiene:

• Ensure children follow proper hygiene practices, including handwashing and personal care routines.
• Monitor students' health and report any signs of illness or injury immediately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
• Teach basic safety rules and emergency procedures.

✅ Extracurricular Activities & School Events:

• Plan and lead extracurricular activities, field trips, and seasonal school events.
• Participate in professional development workshops, staff meetings, and school improvement programs.
• Foster children's physical development through sports, dance, and motor skill activities.

 Collaboration with Staff & Professional Growth:

• Work closely with fellow teachers, school administrators, and support staff to enhance the learning experience.
• Continuously update teaching methods by attending training and staying informed on early childhood education trends.
• Assist in curriculum development and improvement efforts.
• Mentor and support assistant teachers or interns when necessary.
