Role
Responsibilities
- Teach English classes in-person or remotely, following the institution's methodology, procedures, principles, and customer service standards.
- Prepare daily lessons according to the plans provided by DIDA, ensuring the objectives of each module and lesson are met. This includes reviewing teaching materials, selecting daily materials, and fully adhering to lesson plans to ensure consistency in quality and expected student results.
- Administer exams, quizzes, and activities within classes to evaluate students' progress and understanding.
- Create a safe, positive, inclusive, and participatory learning environment.
- Apply behavioral standards and manage classroom discipline fairly and effectively.
- Communicate effectively and empathetically, following the procedures manual and daily lesson content, to maximize students' speaking practice time.
