About TAC Language School
Role
1. Prepare and update teaching materials and lesson plans tailored to student age, level, and needs.
2. Deliver lessons focusing on the four core language skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) and communication skills, considering age, level, and needs.
3. Prepare, plan, and organize speaking practices to enhance students' speaking skills.
4. Evaluate students' performance, actively use assessment scales, and provide accurate feedback.
5. Actively participate in all activities organized or to be organized by the course, contributing creatively and effectively in preparation, material development, idea generation, presentation, and implementation steps (e.g., Friday Event, specialized speaking clubs for courses, activity lessons based on drama, music, and art for children groups, etc.).
6. Maintain active communication with students during non-class hours, take on the role of an English sales representative in the cafeteria, and implement all these processes for Unconscious Learning for the student.
7. Conduct weekly phone calls with course participants.
8. Provide extra lessons for learners experiencing difficulties in language development.
9. Organize events related to language and culture.
10. Monitor students' language skills and adjust, develop, and modify teaching methods as needed.
11. Actively participate in planning class schedules, student records, and other administrative tasks.
12. Organize in-class activities to enhance language skills.
13. Determine and implement motivating strategies both inside and outside the classroom to boost students' motivation.
14. Lead language exchange programs and organize such events.
15. Interact with students on online platforms and utilize various communication tools to improve language skills.
For maintaining a peaceful, safe, and organized work environment:
1. Communicate with parents, students, colleagues, and management in a positive manner.
2. Strictly adhere to working hours.
3. Take shifts for playground duty during the time when Young Learners groups are in the garden and sign the duty log.
4. Adapt to evolving situations, such as changes in day off and working hours, according to the needs of students and groups, ensuring not to exceed 45 working hours per week.
5. Prepare observation lessons when requested by the supervisor.
6. Adhere to the rules of the place where the work is conducted from a cultural perspective.
7. Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and care, applying the same diligence to the work environment.
8. Avoid spending time with technological equipment (smartphones, social media, computers, etc.) during working hours unless it is work-related or beneficial to the institution, students, or the course content.
9. Refrain from coming to the workplace under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, carrying or bringing them into the workplace.
10. Use the institution's assets with care and responsibility.
11. Establish effective communication with supervisors and colleagues, contribute to teamwork, and remain open to support and collaboration.
12. Attend internal meetings within the institution.
13. Conduct regular research and individual development activities to improve oneself and contribute to the institution.
14. Adhere to the terms of the Competition and Confidentiality Agreement provided by the employer.
15. Diligently implement tasks and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor, providing added value to the institution.
