1. Deliver exceptional lessons:

• Design and deliver engaging and effective lessons that cater to the varying needs and proficiency levels of our students. Your ability to create interactive and stimulating learning experiences will contribute significantly to their language development.
• Adhere to the class schedule assigned by the Director of Studies (DOS) or Staff in the Study Department.
• Start and conclude classes punctually.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Center's programs and apply the course management procedures.
• Utilize audio/video resources and Center Facilities, such as Center's Lab, TV, Projector, and Internet resources to enhance the learning experience.
• Prepare lessons and required equipment ahead of each class.
• Take responsibility for students welfare and progress
• Inform students of the Center's objectives and aspirations.

2. Administrative Work and Projects:

• Contribute to the development of the English language program. This may involve papating in curriculum design, educational projects, and other administrative tasks aimed at improving the overall learning experience.
• Contribute to the placement testing and interview process for new students.
• Engage in or organize teaching-related activities, including demos, conversation clubs, tutorials, seminars, workshops and extracurricular events.
• Assist in marketing activities and participate in the Center's social events.

3. Flexibility in Substitution:

• Be ready to substitute for absent colleagues, either on-site or off-site, even at short notice.

4. Collaborate with Leaders and colleagues:

• Work closely with the Principal, DOS, colleagues and especially Teaching assistants to ensure effective communication and operational efficiency.
• Join activities/ workshops with schools.

5. Follow Administrative Procedures:

• Familiarize yourself with the administrative protocols of the Center.
• Ensure the teachers' room, equipment, and resources are well-organized and maintained.

6. Professional Development

• Continuously self-assess performance and progress.
• Attend and actively participate in teacher development workshops provided by the Center.
• Engage in reciprocal observations with both the DOS and fellow teaching colleagues.
• Proactively enhance teaching skills by exchanging knowledge with colleagues and utilizing teaching resources available within the Center, on the Internet, and from other accessible sources.

7. Work location

• Teaches permanently at 2 schools in Go Cong and Cho Gao.
• Sometimes teachers teach at the other 2 schools for about 1 to 2 weeks.

8. On holidays and New Year in Vietnam, teachers' working hours may be shorter. However, after the holiday, the teacher will teach to make up for the missing hours during the holiday month. Ensure the number of working hours per quarter is 300 hours. If teaching overtime, the salary will be 350.000VND/h. Paying from 10th -15th of the month

9. Apart from the Net Salary, Teacher will receive 50% support of Work Permit, 50% Temporary Residence Card from the center

10. Working time: from Monday to Sunday (1 day off)
