1. Deliver exceptional lessons by designing engaging and effective lessons, adhering to the class schedule, and utilizing Center resources to enhance the learning experience

2. Contribute to the development of the English language program and engage in administrative tasks aimed at improving the overall learning experience

3. Participate in the placement testing and interview process for new students, and organize teaching-related activities

4. Be ready to substitute for absent colleagues on short notice

5. Collaborate closely with the Principal, DOS, colleagues, and teaching assistants to ensure effective communication and operational efficiency

6. Continuously self-assess performance and progress, attend and actively participate in teacher development workshops, engage in reciprocal observations, and proactively enhance teaching skills

7. Salary per hour: 16$/hour; Working hour: 70-75 hours/month - During Tet/ Final Exam would be 25-30 hours/month - During other Holidays would be 50-60 hours/month.

8. Labor Contract Duration: 1-2 years

- Legality: 50% WP + TRC

- Accommodation: Provided - If teachers don't like to stay at the accommodation provided, the school will support 60$/month on accommodation
