Role

Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the individual needs of students.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for learning.
  • Assess student progress through regular assignments, and reports, providing constructive feedback to support student development.
  • Monitor and manage student behavior in accordance with the school's policies, promoting a respectful and productive classroom culture.
  • Support and guide students in their personal and social development, acting as a mentor and role model.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on student progress and addressing any concerns in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and the wider school community to develop and share best teaching practices.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with current educational practices.
  • Contribute to the schools extracurricular programs, including clubs, sports, and cultural activities.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of students during school hours, excursions, and events.
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and other required documentation.
  • Flexible starting dates and negotiable salary.

Monday to Friday

8:00 am - 3:00 pm
