Tuesday to Friday, - 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
Responsibilities
- Needs Assessment: Evaluate the specific communication challenges and language proficiency levels of participants within an international business context.
- Customized Program Development: Develop tailored training programs addressing business English, cross-cultural communication, and industry-specific language needs.
- Content Delivery: Conduct engaging training sessions incorporating interactive activities, case studies, and practical exercises to enhance communication skills.
- Cultural Sensitivity Training: Provide insights into cultural nuances affecting business interactions, helping participants navigate diverse global environments.
- Language Proficiency Enhancement: Offer strategies and exercises to improve participants' business English language skills, emphasizing clarity, diplomacy, and effective communication.
- Industry-Specific Insights: Share knowledge about industry-specific communication norms, etiquette, and best practices relevant to international business settings.
- Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from participants, assess the effectiveness of the training, and incorporate improvements for future sessions.
