About Excellent Global

We are a company teaching languages to Brazilians in Brazil and around the world. Our way of teaching involves the 1. The Kaizen technique; 2. The spaced repetition method; 3. The National Geographic Learning books and systems. The courses are aimed at any age, in both face-to-face and virtual formats.

Role

Responsibilities

- Planning and running classes in English, Spanish or Portuguese;

- Creating and facilitating workshops and conversation groups;

- Devise strategies to increase students' engagement with school activities and help them progress in their learning process.

- Developing activities to broaden students' knowledge of the foreign language, through geography, history and specific themes.

- Report monthly on the project's activities (KPIs), together with feedback from the company on the exchange student's execution of the proposed activities;

- Preparing activities related to the trainee's culture, necessarily involving student participation. Present elements connected to the exchange student's country of origin, such as food, music, photos, dances, among others.
