1. Curriculum Delivery:
• Plan and deliver engaging and effective English language lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
• Design and adapt the curriculum to align with relevant proficiency exams and programs.
2. Language Proficiency Preparation:
• Prepare students for English language proficiency exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, Pearson, ACT English, SAT English, GED English, and the IB English program.
• Focus on enhancing students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
3. Instructional Methods:
• Utilize innovative teaching methods and resources to create dynamic and interactive learning experiences.
• Incorporate multimedia, technology, and real-world examples to enhance learning.
4. Assessment and Feedback:
• Develop and administer assessments to evaluate students' language proficiency levels.
• Provide constructive feedback and personalized support to help students improve.
5. Individualized Instruction:
• Recognize students' strengths and weaknesses and tailor instruction to address their specific needs.
• Offer additional guidance to students requiring extra assistance.
6. Progress Tracking:
• Monitor students' progress and maintain accurate records of their performance.
• Communicate progress reports to students and their parents or guardians as necessary.
7. Professional Development:
• Stay updated on language teaching methodologies, exam formats, and changes in proficiency requirements.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
8. Student Engagement:
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student
participation and enthusiasm for learning.
