Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality English lessons both in-person and online.
• Participate in developing new projects to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
• Actively engage in daily activities with students to foster a positive learning environment.
• Prepare students for international language exams, such as TOEFL and IELTS (preferred).
• Prepare quizzes and evaluate them promptly.
• Arrive at the school premises at least30 minutes priorto class start times.
• Visit designated schools as assigned by the management at appropriate times.
• Administer international-level exams to prospective students and evaluate them thoroughly.
• Provide detailed performance reports for each class to the management.

Working Hours: Exchange participants work in two shifts: morning and evening. Working hours are flexible, and there may be adjustments to accommodate school needs.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Monthly salary: 27,000 TRY, inclusive of transportation support.
• Food allowance: 3,000 TRY per month.
• Overtime pay: 150 TRY per session for teaching sessions beyond 180 sessions.
• End-of-contract bonus: 200 USD (provided all contract conditions are met).
• Accommodation: Provided; however, all fees, bills, and rent will be the responsibility of the candidate.
• Workspace:A computer will be provided for use at the school.
• Insurance:Fully covered. If the contract is terminated before 12 months, the participant will be required to reimburse the insurance cost.
