Role

Responsibilities

1. Snowflake, SQL & Python 

  • Support the development and maintenance of SQL queries, data transformations and Python scripts in Snowflake. 
  • Help prepare, validate and structure data for commercial reporting, analytics and digital tools. 
  • Use Snowflake Cortex Code and other approved AI-assisted or agentic coding tools to develop, debug and document code, reviewing and testing outputs with the team. 

2. Power BI & Commercial Insights 

  • Support the development and enhancement of Power BI datasets, reports and dashboards. 
  • Translate commercial requirements into clear visualisations and actionable insights. 

3. AI, Automation & Digital Tools 

  • Explore practical applications of LLMs and AI agents for insight generation, information extraction and process improvement. 
  • Help prototype AI-enabled platforms and tools, evaluate outputs and refine solutions with users. 
  • Identify repetitive tasks and, where required, support Power Automate workflows and Power Apps applications. 

4. Design, Collaboration & Delivery 

  • Apply UX/UI and visual design principles to create intuitive dashboards, interfaces and prototypes. 
  • Gather requirements and user feedback, and help communicate the benefits of new tools through clear demonstrations and supporting materials. 
  • Document solutions, support testing and user adoption, and follow team standards for data quality, access, confidentiality and responsible AI use.
