QuartzDevs is a software engineering company based in Oradea, Romania. We build web, mobile, data and AI products for startups and established companies across Europe, and we place senior engineers into client teams. We have delivered for GoStudent, Volvo Cars and Save the Children, among others. BuildAID is our AI-assisted product studio. We take founders from idea to a working MVP in weeks, with fixed pricing and short delivery cycles. We are a small, senior team that uses Claude Code, Cursor and modern AI tooling every day. No corporate layers, no approval chains. You work directly with the founder.

Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Build targeted lead lists of our ideal clients: funded startups, product companies and digital agencies in Europe and the US
  • Set up and run 2 to 3 outbound campaigns: cold email sequences, LinkedIn DMs and follow-ups
  • Automate the repetitive parts (Make, Zapier, n8n, Clay, or your own scripts)
  • Support pre-sales: research prospects and prepare call briefs for the founder
  • Create sales material: one-pagers and proposal templates
  • Report every week: what worked, what didn't, what to scale and what to kill

What you bring

  • Projects, internships or side projects in sales, lead generation, growth or business development
  • Technical comfort: you have set up an automation, used no-code tools or worked with large spreadsheets
  • You speak our language, or learn it fast: MVP, SaaS, B2B, proof of concept, web vs. mobile vs. AI development. Terms like React, Next js or API don't scare you. You don't need to code.
  • Proof that you build things: a side project, a vibe-coded app, a scraper, an automated workflow. Show us.
  • You use AI tools daily (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Lovable or similar)
  • A business mindset: you are curious about why a client buys
  • Fluent English (C1 or above). Cold outreach lives or dies on copy.
  • Proactive and fast. You propose, test and report without waiting to be told.
