QuartzDevs is a software engineering company based in Oradea, Romania. We build web, mobile, data and AI products for startups and established companies across Europe, and we place senior engineers into client teams. We have delivered for GoStudent, Volvo Cars and Save the Children, among others. BuildAID is our AI-assisted product studio. We take founders from idea to a working MVP in weeks, with fixed pricing and short delivery cycles. We are a small, senior team that uses Claude Code, Cursor and modern AI tooling every day. No corporate layers, no approval chains. You work directly with the founder.

Role

Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Set up a content plan and calendar for LinkedIn together with the founder
  • Write and publish recurring LinkedIn posts for both brands
  • Turn our client projects into 4 to 6 clear, convincing case studies
  • Write a few blog posts and help improve our website copy
  • Create 2 to 3 short video concepts and film them with the team
  • Build templates and a content backlog so the work continues after you leave
  • Keep QuartzDevs and BuildAID distinct: different audiences, different messages

What you bring

  • Projects, internships or side projects in marketing, content or communication
  • You speak our language, or learn it fast: MVP, SaaS, B2B, proof of concept, web vs. mobile AI development. Terms like React, Next js or API don't scare you. You don't need to code.
  • Strong English writing (C1 ): you can explain a technical project to a non-technical
  • reader in three sentences
  • Comfort with tools: Canva or Figma, CapCut or similar, AI writing, image and video tools
  • A techy side: you have tried vibe coding, no-code, or worked on a digital product
  • A few pieces of content you created: posts, articles, videos or campaigns
  • Proactive and fast. You start without waiting for a brief
