Role
Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests, especially Russian-speaking guests, with their requests and inquiries.
Provide basic information about hotel facilities, services and activities.
Support guest communication and coordinate requests with relevant departments.
Assist with guest feedback, follow-up and daily Guest Relations activities.
