Role
Responsibilities
Coordinate with media partners, photographers, and videographers to capture key event moments and promotional content.
Manage and schedule social media updates, press releases, and media kits related to hosted events.
Liaise with vendors, venues, and suppliers to maintain seamless communication and timing schedules.
Support the event planning team with administrative tasks, guest list management, and client communications.
Maintain high standards of discretion, hospitality, and professional service across all media and event operations.
Assist in on-site event setup, coordination, and real-time execution for luxury weddings and corporate events.
Working hours
Monday to Friday
9:00 am - 5:00 pm
