Role
Responsibilities
- Understand client mandates, including role requirements, company culture, and success profiles - Conduct in-depth research to identify relevant talent pools across industries and geographies - Build and execute targeted search strategies using LinkedIn, databases, and other sourcing tools - Identify and map relevant companies, competitors, and adjacent industries - Generate longlists of high-potential candidates aligned with client needs
