Virtualcity Informatics Pvt. Ltd. is a technology and creative-services organization working across digital media, design, education and technology. SXILL – The Creative Industry School is its creative-education brand, focused on developing professional skills in areas including UI/UX design, animation, visual design, gaming and digital media. SXILL follows a practical, project-oriented approach to creative education, combining design fundamentals, industry practices, mentorship and portfolio development.

Role

Responsibilities

UI/UX Design: Design interfaces for websites, mobile apps and digital products; create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, information architecture, interaction flows, responsive systems and reusable components using Figma and relevant tools.

Research & Innovation: Conduct basic user research and usability analysis; explore global UI/UX trends, AI-assisted design and emerging technologies; prepare design presentations, case studies and contribute to design reviews/critiques.

Academic Support: Assist faculty in UI/UX classes and workshops; conduct practical demonstrations and guided design sessions; help develop practical assignments and learning resources.

Student Mentoring: Mentor students on projects and portfolios; provide constructive design feedback; participate in student critiques/reviews; and help students understand professional UI/UX workflows.

Creative & Research Engagement: Research current UI/UX practices, contribute to SXILL workshops and creative events, and document and showcase student projects while supporting creative and professional design development.
