Role
Responsibilities
- Transformation project management Lead and coordinate Commercial Excellence transformation projects, defining scope, timeline, deliverables, owners, and success criteria.
- Process optimization and automation Identify and develop simplification, standardization, and automation opportunities in SFE, Events, and Training processes.
- Information and tracking solutions Coordinate the design, development, and evolution of dashboards, trackers, workflows, and alerts, working with functional and technology areas to provide reliable, timely information.
- Functional and regional coordination Articulate work across ExCom, Marketing, Sales, Medical, Compliance, Procurement, Technology, countries, and business units, facilitating agreements, priorities
- Governance, quality, and traceability Ensure, together with functional owners, the definition of KPIs, data sources, calculation rules, controls, and owners, to strengthen the quality, consistency, and traceability of information.
- Adoption and continuous improvement Coordinate pilots, training, communications, adoption tracking, and benefits measurement, ensuring solution stabilization and sustainable handover to operations.
