Role
Responsibilities
- Automate recurring HR reports using Power BI, Power Query and Power Automate
- Design and maintain a People Analytics dashboard with data-based recommendations
- Implement the automated onboarding-to-role module
- Provide ongoing support to active trainees in the Leaving Trace program
- Coordinate the launch of the second wave of Trainees 2028
- Apply AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT) to optimize HR processes
- Use basic SQL to query and validate talent data
