Role

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day operational activities for the UPGRADE Program
  • Coordinate internship opportunities from role intake through recruitment and onboarding, working closely with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage internship job postings and coordinate candidate sourcing through relevant recruitment channels.
  • Screen applications and prepare candidate shortlists based on agreed role requirements.
  • Coordinate and support the selection process in close collaboration with hiring managers and recruitment teams.
  • Support the hiring and onboarding process in collaboration with HR Business Partners and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate international relocation and migration-related activities in collaboration with AIESEC and local stakeholders.
  • Act as a central coordination point for assigned internships, ensuring proactive communication, follow-ups, and regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate program and recruitment information, ensuring key activities, progress, and open actions are appropriately tracked.
  • Contribute to growth and development of partnership between DHL Group and AIESEC

    Eligible candidates: Master students (you need to remain student for the whole duration of the internship) and Bachelor graduates (only if you graduated max 2 months before the start of the internship). Second Master's, current Bachelor's students and Bachelor's graduates more than 2 months will not be considered!
