Role

Responsibilities

● Study and apply core HR domains including talent acquisition, employee relations,

training, and performance management

● Conduct research on organisational behaviour, workforce trends, and HR analytics

● Analyse employee data to support decision-making and improve organisational

outcomes

● Work on case studies and live industry projects to solve real-world HR challenges

● Apply psychology and behavioural insights to understand employee motivation

and engagement

● Use tools and simulations to evaluate HR strategies and organisational

effectiveness

● Participate in research initiatives, internships, and industry collaborations

● Develop leadership, strategic thinking, and data-driven management skills

● Contribute to designing inclusive and high-performing workplace strategies

 Document findings through research reports, case studies, and presentations

Monday to Friday

9:00 am - 5:00 pm
