Role

Responsibilities

Centralize, upload, and update learning content on the company's Learning Management System Coordinate schedules, invitations, virtual/physical classrooms, and materials for training programs, Onboarding (Induction), and development plans Support the team in gathering data and surveys to identify skill and knowledge gaps across different departments. Translate operational HR data into monthly visual reports to demonstrate the ROI and impact of learning initiatives. Write, design and distribute HR communications, ensuring the company’s tone is clear, empathetic, and engaging. Manage the Monthly Internal Communications Calendar and manage the internal newsletter Define Internal Communication Strategy and Create campaigns for Talent Management Team to engage employees Research and compare market trends regarding the technical and soft skills most in demand in the industry, and make recommendations to the team on which new skills should be incorporated Support in Talent Management Process Overall Maintain vendor schedules, coordinate purchase orders, process invoices, and track participant attendance to verify service delivery.
