Role

Responsibilities

Manage client relationships and communication.

Understand client needs and prepare briefs.

Coordinate with internal teams and follow up on projects.

Handle feedback, revisions, and approvals.

Support proposals and identify business opportunities.

Ensure client satisfaction and maintain accurate records.
