Inclusio enables people with disabilities to independently access on-site services at locations such as banks, grocery stores, pharmacies, and other public or private sector facilities. When trying to reach these services on their own, people with disabilities need assistance from employees, but first have to overcome a range of barriers that vary depending on the type of disability, from revolving doors to crowded spaces. The core problem is that even though frontline employees are willing to help, they are often unaware of the individual approaching them or of that person's specific needs. Inclusio solves this gap by making sure employees are informed in advance about the arrival and specific requirements of a person with a disability. We do this through two connected applications: a partner application used by staff at the location, and a consumer application used by the person with a disability to announce their visit. The consumer app is free of charge, while partner organizations pay Inclusio on a monthly, per-location subscription basis. In practice, users signal their arrival through the app, prompting the partner location to prepare tailored assistance before the person even enters. For our partners, subscribing to Inclusio delivers value across several business dimensions: it strengthens brand reputation and supports marketing efforts by positioning the organization as genuinely inclusive; it drives sales growth and customer loyalty by opening access to a large, underserved customer segment; and it provides measurable, demonstrable progress toward ESG compliance and CSR commitments. Our clients include both private businesses and public institutions, reflecting the broad relevance of accessibility across sectors. We currently partner with OTP Bank, A1 Telco, and the City of Kragujevac, and are actively working to expand into additional sectors such as retail and hospitality. We have been building Inclusio since 2022, supported along the way by several grants and multiple awards, including being recognized with the title of Best Technology Innovation by the Republic of Serbia. Our growth strategy focuses on scaling these partnerships both locally and internationally, with an initial geographic focus on Europe and Asia. Our target user base consists of individuals aged 15 to 45 who own a smartphone with a data plan, value their independence despite living with a disability, and are often connected to organizations that support people with disabilities. On the business side, our ideal customers are growing or multinational companies and public institutions with branch or retail networks, whether headquartered in Serbia, elsewhere in Europe, or globally. Our client base is not geographically limited, and we are actively pursuing partnerships across multiple markets as part of our international expansion strategy. By connecting these two sides of the market, Inclusio empowers individuals with disabilities to navigate everyday services independently, while enabling businesses and institutions to grow their customer base and strengthen their market position.
