Role

Responsibilities

1. File clinical trial site documents in the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF)

2. Support the management and maintenance of clinical trial site documentation

(Investigator Site Files)

3. Maintain accurate country and site data in the Clinical Trial Management System

(CTMS)

4. Support the tracking and reporting of clinical study status information using Excel and

other systems

5. Manage and monitor vendor system access for clinical trial site staff

6. Support the implementation and adoption of Microsoft Copilot and other digital

innovation initiatives

Requirements:- Skills:- General IT/copilot savvy

Desired Profile:- Additional Information:-

The ideal candidate would possess the above-mentioned skills and demonstrate creativity,

flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. They should be able to

communicate clearly, both verbally and in written English, as they will collaborate with a global

team. A willingness to learn and quickly master new technologies and systems is essential,

along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience using Microsoft Copilot and an

interest in leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, collaboration and innovation in support

of UCB's digital transformation would be considered a strong asset. The candidate should be

detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills. Basic knowledge of

medical terminology would be an advantage.
