Role

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with media partners, photographers, and videographers to capture key event moments and promotional content.
  • Manage and schedule social media updates, press releases, and media kits related to hosted events.
  • Liaise with vendors, venues, and suppliers to maintain seamless communication and timing schedules.
  • Support the event planning team with administrative tasks, guest list management, and client communications.
  • Maintain high standards of discretion, hospitality, and professional service across all media and event operations.
  • Assist in on-site event setup, coordination, and real-time execution for luxury weddings and corporate events.

Working hours

Monday to Friday

9:00 am - 5:00 pm
