Role
Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system problems.
- Manage Windows and Linux servers.
- Create and manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Perform system updates, patches, and backups.
- Monitor system security and help protect IT infrastructure.
- Support virtualization platforms and cloud systems when required.
- Maintain system documentation and configurations.
- Provide technical support to employees and IT teams.
- Work with network and security teams to resolve infrastructure issues.

9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Sunday
9:00 am - 5:00 pm
